Ordering on Zoenne Online Store
You do not need to register to make purchases on Zoenne Online Store however, we suggest you create an account to make it easier for you to track your orders and have access to exclusive services dedicated to our customers.
Select the size, color and quantity.
Add some item(s) into your BASKET.
Check out when item selection is completed.
Click the VIEW BASKET button to review the item(s) selected and make some modifications if necessary;
Log in your ZOENNE account.
Choose Sign In if you already have an account on our site;
Choose New to ZOENNE to register with your email account otherwise:
Complete shipping and billing information.
Fill in the shipping address;
Choose one shipping option;
Click on “PLACE ORDER”.
Enter promo code if applies.
Fill in payment information and then click the CONTINUE button to complete the purchase.
After a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. From this moment on our warehouse will take care of everything to prepare it.
Our sizing is based on French sizes.

Zoenne.com accepts the payment methods by Credit or Debit Card or American Express.
The total will be charged to your card when the order is placed and completed on our website.
We guarantee the transmission of your card data is absolutely safe thanks to the use of the highest of security standards, certified by AAAAA
Purchasing on zoenne.com is reserved for end consumers. Our prices are inclusive of VAT for E.U. and U.K. For countries outside of E.U. and U.K. local taxes may apply on delivery.
For each order, zoenne.com issues an invoice; the document will be sent as an attachment in the Shipping Confirmation email. Customs tax is the responsibility of the buyer, if applicable. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know their country’s tax policy before purchasing from ZOENNE. We do not reimburse customs tax nor do we collect tax on behalf of any customs department. Buyers are responsible for paying postage to have an item redelivered for failure to pay the customs tax or if an undeliverable address is provided, resulting in packages being shipped back to ZOENNE.
Orders will be processed for shipping within 1-2 business days. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 P.M. GMT will not be processed for shipping until the following business day.
Orders are shipped from Paris, France to any worldwide destination using Colissimo France. A signature will be required upon receipt of the goods.
If delivery is rejected and returned to Zoenne, the cost of the returned items will be refunded; shipping costs will not be refunded.
You can return any item purchased on zoenne.com within 14 days of the delivery date.
We offer free returns to customers in France and for International customers, the cost of delivery will be deducted from the refund amount.
Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and issue a refund.
Pack the items in the same order box (or any rigid carton box) to the address
Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from. Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
